Returns
Returns are only available to wholesale customers
Returns are not available later than six months after order placement
Returns are not available for more than 10% of the quantity ordered, by individual title
Returns are not available where a superseded version is ordered
Freight
Freight is not included in the prices
Basford Systems will share the freight costs up to 30%
